Payment options
KnowledgeMaster® P/L provides you with a secure check out process through
- Visa or MasterCard through our SECURE Gateway.
- Post us a Money Order: PO Box 57, Colac Vic 3250 (Can be obtained at Post Office and is treated like cash)
- Personal Cheques (Customers must wait until funds clear before their material is released)
- Phone Orders: If none of the options above suit you, give us a call on and we will endeavour to process your order over the phone. Phone: 03 5232 1500 or fax us on 03 5232 1512
Tax invoices
A tax invoice is created for you confirming receipt of payment by your chosen method. It will be sent to the electronic or postal address the purchasers provide us with. All products include GST. The invoice will have the GST component included.
Listing Errors
We have a tremendous amount of content on our website. Please be aware that it is very time consuming to list everything. There may be errors in the description of an article that we do not catch before it is posted (we are human). If you are looking at the Description and there is a question about the match, please email us. We are happy to answer your questions. Also, when someone brings it to our attention, it will help us correct the error.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us! We will only use the information that you provide to us for processing your order and helping your purchases arrive safely at their destination as provided by you. We will never supply your personal information to any third party, unless we are required to do so by court order.
Returns/refunds/exchanges
No refunds/exchanges will be made after 7 days of invoice. We do not accept Returns/Refunds/Exchanges if a customer has just “changed their mind. You must call, send us a hard copy letter or send an email within 24 hours of receiving your material if you have any complaint. Unauthorized returns or failure to comply with our return instructions will not be accepted. Any Postage/Shipping or handling costs are not refundable by us.
Pricing
From time to time we may run special promotions to affiliate, associate, private and corporate clients. These are offered to these groups without altering our online pricing policy.
