Up to $200k revenue (may consider larger)
Income would be made up of:
Fee for service including risk, super and investment

PAYG, Professionals, Rural businesses, Retirees, Accumulators, Mums & Dads, Tradies, Farmers, SMSF’s, Property, Shares, Retirees
Our current APL is broad and includes all the major insurers and platforms.
Preference for businesses using Xplan, Adviser Logic, Midwinter but will consider others.
Willing to pay up to 3.0 times RR for the right business and cultural fit.
Negotiable on settlement terms for vendors.
Open to a range of transition/employment scenarios with the seller.
The buyer is willing to talk attractive terms for the purchase with an upfront investment, reasonable handover protocols and standard run off provisions.
