An advisor is looking to acquire a business with RR of $80K per annum. The buyer is looking to acquire the business with an approximate purchase price of $200K.
The book would consist of mainly investment clients with fee for service arrangements in fixed term agreements.
The preferred business would be geographically based in Perth (northern & southern suburbs).
Acquisition arrangements would consist of a simple WIWO arrangement with the following conditions:
- 70% upfront, 20% after 1 year and balance after 2 years, with normal rise and fall conditions.
- The acquirer is fully cashed up with no “subject to finance” sale conditions.
