The licence has not been used at all since its inception in 2011 as an operating entity, hence it is a “clean skin”.
The current owner acquired the licence as part of a package deal that included an AFSL.
All relevant authorisations and jurisdictions are included in the entity.
A history of all relevant communications and approvals with the appropriate government instrumentalities is available.
To enable interested parties to view the content a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required to be signed by both parties.
