An Advisor in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne (around Ivanhoe) is looking for a simple acquisition of an existing business or an adviser looking to retire.
The advisor has experience in business banking and accounting firms with HNW SME, SMSF and professionals as well as all FP qualifications.
A bank of 50 – 100 clients would be an excellent fit with client ages of 40+ would be most appreciated.
Ideally, an annual turnover in the $150K – 350K range would be an optimal situation with the opportunity of organic growth would be attractive.
A mixture of risk, investments, SMSF’s and financial planning is sought.
Consideration would be given to for an immediate buyout or a gradual acquisition over a mutually convenient time.
