How does KnowledgeMaster help someone sell an AFSL?

KnowledgeMaster requests a copy of the AFSL’s authorisations, redacted of identifying details, to assess likely interest and market value. It then shares the redacted authorisations with potential acquirers already registered with KnowledgeMaster. If there’s no immediate offer, the opportunity is publicised through KnowledgeMaster’s newsletter, website and, where useful, its LinkedIn network. When an acquirer expresses interest, KnowledgeMaster discloses their identity to the vendor, has them sign an NDA (matching the vendor’s own signed NDA), and then connects buyer and vendor directly to discuss terms.

Does KnowledgeMaster negotiate the sale or take a commission on an AFSL sale?

No. KnowledgeMaster is not a business agent and does not take part in negotiations or take any commission. It charges a flat, upfront fee to publicise the opportunity, refer interested parties to each other, and arrange the NDA.
