How does Knowledgemaster help sellers of AFSLs?

Knowledgemaster (KM) has a rich resource in its national community of 5,500+. who come to us for help in buying and selling AFSL’s. We have discovered both an Australian market and an international market for them.

Our model is simple, easy to administer and cost effective.

On learning of an AFSL is available for sale KM institutes the following:

We ask for a copy of the authorisations of the AFSL redacted of all identity points. This review of the authorisations helps us to decide who may be interested. It also lets us ascertain the market value of the AFSL.

KM shares the redacted authorisation details with potential acquirers already registered with us. This allows them to ascertain if the offered AFSL is of interest to them.

If there is no immediate offer KM then publicises the opportunity in our newsletters, uploaded to our website and if necessary shared with our LinkedIn community of 13,000+.

When a potential acquirer intimates, they are interested we disclose who they are to the vendor and request the signing of an NDA by the acquiring party (already completed by the vendor).

Then buyer and vendor are e-connected to discuss terms of acquisition. KM is not a business agent, so we do not take part in any negotiations.

KM does not take any commissions or has any agreements to sign. We have a flat upfront fee of $3,300 to publicise the opportunity, refer potential interested parties to each other and get the NDA signed.
