A NSW advisor is looking to acquire a business or form a relationship with a mature FP to help service their existing client base.
Of particular interested is advisors who have not passed education qualifications by Jan 1, 2026. Acquirer would consider moving into the business and work with the vendor for an extended period that was mutually beneficial to both.
Characteristics of a client base for acquisition or joint management to form a succession-based partnership with a mature FP looking to ease the burden:
- Employees 10 years out from retirement
- Small business owners, tradies. Mums and Dads, PAYG professionals
- Wanting to build and maintain lifelong relationships and look after the whole family.
Would consider taking on “carve outs” for mature clients in relation to particular age ranges, certain product types, geographic distribution and specific product manufacturers.
Sutherland Shire would be ideal but anywhere in Sydney and down to Kiama is negotiable.
All options will be considered in relation to income share, client ownership transfer and new business income on an equitable basis over an agreed time frame.
