- Client profile: The majority of the clients in the accumulator to pre-retiree age bracket such as: PAYG, Small business, Health Professionals. SMSF owners and Accumulators
- Adviser profile: Looking to partner preferably with a retiring adviser, to avoid issues around competition and non-compete clauses
- Transition support: The acquirer is ideally looking for someone willing to stay on for up to 12 months to ensure a smooth handover of clients and files.
- Acquisition terms: The acquirer is offering generous terms such as: Up to 3 times recurring revenue, with 80% paid upfront and 20% after 12 months
- Geographic location. Eastern seaboard
