If you have any of the following characteristics it would be to your advantage to talk with us:
- 5 years+ experience
- All necessary qualifications
- A clean record with ASIC and excellent compliance skills
- Employed by a firm who has put a ceiling on their potential growth/financial success. Hungry and eager to do better.
- Someone who is young and self-employed but has hit a bottle neck in their self-employed journey.
- Willing to work with a team to reach the next level but does not want to give up equity growth to make more income.
- Skills sets of investment, super and insurance.
Of note is the group will also be looking for Mortgage Brokers to sit in the HUB with these financial advisers. This will create a mutually beneficial client base and two sources of income for their HUB which will both be used to value their equity.
* This will have to be earned via the meeting of KPIs but the successful individuals will not have to pay for this equity
